In these uncertain times, sometimes it’s easy, it’s really hard to focus on what needs to be done. And when, when it’d be nice to have a sense of clarity, a sense of confidence, a sense of personal power. You know, if you want an easier way to actually accomplish more, it’s time to move to a process called goal achievement. And in this segment, I want to introduce you to a really simple yet amazing exercise and tool called focus multipliers. So here’s the Let me speak to the elephant in the room. If you ever set a goal, only to not achieve it, have you set a lot of goals where you didn’t achieve it, if you set goals that the closer you got, the further away It seemed to actually get. Right? Here’s the reality, the harsh truth is is traditional goal setting doesn’t work.

So this simple exercise will bring you more clarity, more certainty, more confidence, right? It will give you a feeling of personal power of being energized. Being a battery charger, right. And real simply, this tool gives you a focus area to do in just a couple minutes. So the first area is what are the wins for the last quarter, right? What are the wins for your last quarter? Next is what are you most excited about in this section here for the next quarter? Right? It gives you immediate clarity like when you start thinking about what are you most excited about in the next quarter? Like what are those big things for your business and then also setting some personal ones, then on top of that is going you know, why do you want to achieve this? Why do you want to achieve it? Right? If your why is big enough, when you get hit with an obstacle when you get derailed a little bit? The the why will help keep you on track and then identifying or anticipating why what has to happen? What has to happen for this to be true? What has to happen for this to be true? Now think about it. If you just took a couple minutes each month, and answered those four simple questions, how much more confidence would you have? How much more of a clear path would you have to accomplish what’s going on and why? Right on top of that, if you want to take this to another level, you know, there’s a couple other key pieces to this tool. Over here, you’ll see where you’re going to rate yourself in eight critical areas, right eight critical categories of human and personal development. Here, you’re going to rate six critical areas of your business. And then here, if you want to rate the functionality or the structure of your business, you’ll go through each of these pieces right here from visionary you as the leader, to the implementer, to the marketing to the sales, the finance and operations, right. So again, you can rate yourself and eat.
Now, just to give you a quick sample. I’ve done this as much as once a month. And typically we’ll do this every quarter and a half for about a decade in one way or another. And again, if you stack this up over time, it really starts to help you build momentum. So if you want to build more momentum, if you want to build more progress, if you want to build more growth, and have a sense of freedom and peace of mind, this is a great tool to do it. So I’m just going to highlight a couple at the time of this segment. A couple that we put, you know, what are your wins for this last quarter launched a new program for companies under a million dollars of revenue up until recently, we had not offered any programs for companies under a million dollars in revenue. Now we have I’m really thrilled and excited about being able to offer that In addition, our team is now providing implementation done for you services. Why? Because a lot of our clients, you know, we can give them strategy which are cutting edge compared to anything available else out there, where most people get stuck as implementing. So what if you had a team of people helping you implement the different strategies that we’re actually teaching. And we’ve now done that I’m really excited about that. We’ve got five new lead development, sales models and sales systems to bring us new leads and potential clients that are pre qualified, pre motivated, pre interested and ready to do business with us. Our systems and teams are getting more and more out. And then our personal and I’ve been exercising six plus days a week like clockwork, I’ve been working with my son Kyler for the last two and a half years in football. And although we got a little setback here recently, depending on when you’re seeing this, you might know why we’re still progressing and moving forward. So what are we most excited about for the next quarter? Ideally, as you’re doing this, you’re making your own notes. And by the way, if you want to get this tool, there should be some information on the page of how you can get that or there might be a link or somewhere on the page where you can just get it. What are you most excited about in next quarter, growing our partner and joint venture revenue models, right again, because our clients have primarily been a million and higher, we haven’t had the ability or necessity to work with partners that way. Whereas now with this new pro these couple new programs, we’re going to be able to do that ongoing training series and webinars that we’re developing our ongoing webinar model pilot program for companies now also under 300,000. That’s going to be launched in the next 30 days or so or less, depending on when you’re seeing it this doing Facebook Lives and video regularly. Why are these important, contribution impact we can help other founders and CEOs stop the suffering and the craziness, more confidence creativity courage, freedom, significance, meaning purpose legacy and leading and living by example, what has to happen for us to be true, evergreen model for the support and launches paid traffic and a conversion model or mini courses, mini webinars, deconstruct the webinar process reach out to partners, these are just a handful of the action steps ideally, you get this now rating the eight key areas of development, growth is a nine we rated teamwork as a nine contribution and nine etc. Around the dial for the six key areas of business, mindset nine, productivity eight, marketing eight, sales eight, hiring eight, lead, I’m a little bit tough on ourselves as a company and then the structure of the business. I rated, you know 9, 6 for implementation, eight sales, eight marketing, eight finance plus operations, right, so So this ideally gives you a glimpse of what you can do now whether you have our tool, or you don’t I encourage you to go through this simple exercise, identify, you know, what are your wins? What are you most excited about? Why are you excited, and what has to happen, it will give you clarity, it will give you it will energize you and charge you up. And if you want to be more, more like, I’m excited, and less, this way, take the time to go through this exercise. It’s just a couple minutes, probably even less than the time it took me to go through the overview and then doing my version of the tool. Anyway, that hope that serves you take action, put this into place. And then report back I’d love to hear your feedback on how this works for you, how it serves you how it’s helping you and also introduce it to your team. You can do this as a family exercise. You can do this with your kids, you can do it with your staff. There’s all kinds of applications here. Anyway, seize the day, make it a great week, and we’ll see you again in another segment.
