What would happen if you were able to be a more productive? You? I mean, I talked about five skill sets in business, right, that we need to master and have a level of understanding and a level of mastery or to be able to build, you know, true success, peak performance breakthroughs, right? I mean, what would you be at your if you were to have your biggest breakthrough right now, what would have to happen? Right? So let’s talk about the five key areas number one is influenced. Number two is marketing. Number three is productivity. Number four is emotional mastery. And number five is the ability to hire and recruit. So let me share some of my dangers. This is an exercise, I go to strategic coach, people all the time asked me, you know, Dan, you know, when is the time to get a coach or when is the time to get them. I can’t think of a time that I haven’t had one in the last 20 years. I’ve just been a consumer, if you will, of coaching and mentoring and learning from smart people. And it’s also a way to be able to forge relationships because I found that the most successful people in the world typically are involved in some type of peer group networking groups, etc. So it’s a way to get access to the top most successful people too. But some of my biggest dangers or hurts, if you will, I talked about it, you know, email is really been a drain. For me, handling admin type functions has really been a drain for me. So this is a change the change your game exercise through some strategic coach, I’m just going to read a few of IT project management, I don’t enjoy project management, I’m really good at it. But I don’t enjoy it that much proofing and editing things, right? Not taking free days to rejuvenate. You know, I’m I’m a workaholic, let’s face it, you know, maybe you know someone like that. So these are some of the things that irritate me that you know, are like, oh, right, I need to have a way a methodology to get them off my plate, ie, not only email management, but also reporting, I don’t want to have to be the one to create the reporting. I just want it provided to me and I know what I want, and I want what I want. And I need capable people that can provide it, the things that are okay, but they don’t really get my juices flowing. Things like doing reviews, doing day to day things being in an office, personal sales. You know, basic type sales are not that exciting to me. And, and really doing team meetings are not that exciting overall. So I have to play games that you know, to have it be fascinating and motivating. You know, I love doing coaching. I love doing interviews, I love building and creating sales models, marketing models, I love creating books and audio programs. I love growth and learning. I love networking, contributing, I love being a sounding board or advisor. I love scaling things up. I love speaking and selling from the stage. Right? So these are some of the things and you know, what’s when you take inventory of where you are, you know, your hurts your opportunities, your talents, and go, Okay, what percentage am i doing these things currently? Right? It’s it’s eye opening, to really stop and think and for me, I’m spending about 35% of my time right now doing things that are really irritating to me, I spend about 30% of time doing things that are just okay for me. And then I’m spending about 35% of time of the things that really fascinate and motivate me. And so the whole goal in the next six to 12 months is to move and spend over 70% of my time doing the things that fascinate and motivate me and delegate the rest. Well, how are we going to go about doing that. So I’ve got a Blueprint here that again, through strategic coach, it’s called the moving future tool. And here are some of the capabilities and maybe you could help maybe you’re one of the people that could fit one of these roles, or you know, somebody that could fit one of these roles. For example, I want to hire my own personal assistant, right? That’s just awesome at being able to help take email out of my life, help with reporting. Overall, we’re gonna hire an admin assistant for the company. We’re looking at make sure that we have a CTO in place that’s helping us operate the technology side of things at a high level as CFO, part time outsourced CFO, I would like to have somebody that can provide the metrics, the dashboards, the types of things that we need. I’m looking for someone that’s a project coordinator that can really get projects done and operate it and get, you know, not only handle the reporting, but also having the orchestrating with the team to make it happen. Also, I’m looking for a content writer that understands content in the digital age in digital marketing and digital advertising and also has SEO experience when they write that type of content, and also looking for an amazing editor. This editor would help us with Things like the postings that we do in our publications online, but also could help us with writing and creating books, creating content, pieces, articles, and more. So those are a few of the capabilities I’m looking for that would help offset some of these irritating or okay things overall. So for you, what are the things again? What are the things that are irritating you that you do on a regular basis? What are the things that are okay, that you do? And what are the things that fascinate and motivate you? I mean, what would it be worth to take the time to answer those questions? I want to challenge you as you’re watching as you’re listening right now. Stop, grab a pen and paper, take five to eight minutes and write down. What are those things?
