It’s not very complicated. In fact, it’s really very simple. But you’ve got to take action and get it done if you want to be ready for the kind of growth you desire. On this episode I tell you the 3 things I’d build into my business model if I were starting all over. I also help you brainstorm the possibilities in each of those areas so you can get a clear picture of what I’m talking about.

 There are 3 steps you need to take to put your business in a place where it can experience its greatest growth.


The first has to do with understanding yourself and your business. You’ve got to attain an absolute level of clarity about who you are and what you are providing. I call this “finding your magic.” It’s that special thing you do that clients or customers can’t get anyplace else. 

The second step is a mindset shift. You’ve got to come to an acceptance of the fact that the marketing landscape has changed. Gone are the days of one well placed ad exploding your business. Instead, you’ve got to take a new approach to marketing, which I unpack for you on this episode.

Finally, you need to adjust your thinking about only focusing on profit and personal success and start thinking about the transformational experiences you can provide your customers or clients. When you learn what it is you do and how you do it in a unique and life changing way, you’ve got something people will beat down your door to get.
